Men’s ID bracelet

Chances are that unless your Dad has early Alzheimer’s, you haven’t thought about getting him an identity bracelet as a gift. Well, they can be useful for men of all ages and health statuses … especially on their way home from big nights at the pub–if they fall asleep on a bench somebody knows where to send them home!

Just kidding … but ID bracelets and chains, like all jewelry, have traditionally been considered as women’s gifts. The guys have missed out, and in the meantime everyone has given themselves a lot of unnecessary grief searching for the right present for men when it was under their noses!

ID bracelets don’t only have to bear the person’s name, either. It can be a beautifully personal and unique idea to put a message on them. You could try putting your own name on the bracelet, or even ‘love from … (you)’. You can fit short quotes on some of the heavier models. Though if words of sentiment are not for your guy, what about putting one- or two-word slogans on them, like ‘Love-Power’, ‘Courage’, ‘Determination’ or something similar but personal to your man. Skilled engravers should be able to put symbols or designs on them also.

Now you have one less excuse!
