We suggest that you only purchase Pandora from authorised Pandora retailers, to ensure that you get genuine Pandora. If you are in Australia, Gilletts.com.au is an authorised Pandora retailer.

We are not familiar with the jewellers in Germany. All charms should have the ALE symbol on them, as the ALE symbol has now been used by Pandora for several years.

The website pandora-au.org is NOT a legitimate Pandora web site. The charms that they have aren’t even part of the Pandora range. This web site has been reported to Pandora.

I have been looking at this site pandora-jewelry.uk.com and am 50/50 over whether they are actually real or not, and have had a compare to the Pandora site and yours and still am very dubious although the way they are using Pandora’s logo if they are fake makes me wonder how they are getting away with it…….

Do you know if it is legit or not?

HI i have come across a web site called pandora-au.org they claim to sell original pandora at nearly more then half the re price. They state that they buy direct frommanufature, could you please tell me if possible r they fake ? ? ?

My husband has purchased some beads for me through the internet from a German Jewellers. Can you tell me if they are genuine retailers. I have a “N” and a “L” which have the ALR and 925 on them, but i can not find any markings on the Fish, it looks genuine and has the thread going through it, but i can not see how to search the genuine retailers on the Pandora website, it only seems to list their own shop. Hi Trina, I have the grape cluster charm, and at first cose look I also could not find the ALE or 925 if you look at the bottom of the cluster where the bead is attached to the cluster, look to the left and the right, it is there and stamped VERY small.

Pandora started using the ALE markings a few years ago, so it’s possible to see older genuine Pandora charms without the ALE. However, all Pandora charms, even older charms should always have the 925 stamped on the charm. So if you don’t even have that, you will have a fake charm. We suggest that you only purchased Pandora charms from authorised Pandora retailers like Gilletts.com.au
