Stock availability of Pandora charms and bracelets: If a charm is in stock, the quantity in stock will appear in green letters below the charm's description.

The stock quantities displayed are updated each hour. Please note that despite regular quantity updates, it is possible that other customers may simultaneously purchase the same Pandora charm(s) during the same hour, resulting in some charms being temporarily sold-out despite the web site showing a quantity being available in stock. In that situation, charms will be allocated on a first-in basis (for orders we have received payment for). You will be advised by e-mail should this affect your order.

What do the stock availability messages mean?
  • In Stock means we currently have the charm in stock in the quantity shown.
  • No stock message means we have recently temporarily sold out of that charm and do not currently have the charm in stock. We will order the charm in for you once you place your order. Stocking time frames vary from approximately 10 days to several weeks if the item is on backorder with the Pandora company. We send e-mail updates to keep you updated.
  • Backorder means that we have ordered that charm from the Pandora company and are currently waiting for it to arrive. Backorder time frames vary depending on how long the item has already been on back order for. They may be one or two weeks, or up to approximately 6 to 8 weeks. The Pandora company is not currently able to advise the time frame for sending charms to Australian jewellers.

Ordering backordered and out of stock charms: We recommend that you place an order for your charms even if the web site shows that they are currently on backorder or out of stock, as you will then receive priority over other customers when the charms do become available.

You can order any of the Pandora charms pictured: You can place orders for charms that are in stock, 'not in stock' or backordered. You can order any of the Pandora charms displayed on this web site, except charms that are listed as discontinued that show as sold out.

1. How long until Pandora charms arrive?
A wide selection of the Pandora charm range is in stock, though not all Pandora charms are in stock at all times. The web site displays information as to the stock availability of the Pandora charms in stock in our store. The Pandora company is not currently able to advise the time frame for sending charms to Australian jewellers. The Pandora company are currently experiencing a very high demand for their charms. As you will appreciate there are over 350 diferent charms in the Pandora range, and it is not always possible to stock all items at any one time. We regularly place orders with the Pandora company for charms for stock. As soon as those charms arrive, once charms have been allocated to existing customer orders, we place the charms in stock.

6. Why is Pandora so hard to come by?
Pandora is designed by Pandora's professional jewellery designers in Denmark and the jewellery is hand-finished in the Pandora factories. Due to the current and unprecedented worldwide demand for Pandora products, Pandora is working hard to keep up with the that demand.

Pandora is currently sold in 19 countries worldwide.

Pandora are increasing their manufacturing production but due to the complexity and intricacy of the Pandora product, and the Pandora requirements for the best possible quality, that increase in production will take a little time.

7. Why are the Murano Glass charms particularly elusive?
The Pandora Murano Glass charms are extremely popular and there has been a very strong worldwide demand for them. The Pandora glass charms are made with Italian Murano Glass and the charm designs are very difficult to make. Where some other jewellery designers use glass charms with the designs and patterns painted on the outside of the glass, Pandora Murano Glass designs are created within the glass so the design runs right through the charm itself. The Pandora company are currently trying to increase the production of the Murano glass charms, though due to the level of difficulty in making the Murano glass charms this takes time, as it takes up to 3 to 4 months to train a new Pandora employee to create the charms.

8. Is there a Pandora "signature" to prove that my jewellery is a true Pandora?
Most Pandora jewellery items are now marked with the letters 'ALE' followed by 925ss on silver items and the numbers 585 on gold items. 'ALE' are the initials of Per Enevoldsen's father who was called Algot Enevoldsen. Per Enevoldsen is the founder of Pandora so the lettering now dispalyed on Pandora jewellery is the original jeweller's hallmark.

9. Can I swim wearing my Pandora Jewellery?
It is not recommended that you wear your Pandora jewellery in salt or chlorinated water. The suface will become dull and uninteresting.

10. How do I care for my Pandora jewellery?
Add a drop of diswashing liquid to lukewarm water and clean the jewellery with a small, soft toothbrush. The toothbrush is an excellent tool for jewellery with patterns which may otherwise be difficult to clean. If a piece of jewellery is very dirty, leave it in lukewarm water to soak for 10 minutes with a drop of diswashing liquid. Rinse thoroughly with water.

Please note that pearls should not be submerged into water or come into contact with cleaning agents. Pearls should only be cleaned with a soft brush or a cloth.

Do not expose Pandora jewellery to harsh chemicals nor clean it with toothpaste as they can alter the appearance of your jewellery.
