Mokume Gane wedding rings are specially crafted designer wedding rings that employ the sophisticated technique traditionally used to forge and decorate Japanese Samurai swords.
The term Mokume Gane means 'wood eye' in Japanese as it gives the appearance of wood grain.
The intreguing and unique patterns are created by bonding several types of metal together with intense heat, coupled with time consuming delicate perserverance . The beautiful swirling patterns are then forged by twisting and rolling the metals whilst they are red hot.
This Mokume Gane ring is made in a combination of palladium with silver and measures approximately 5.6mm wide.
Each Mokume Gane ring has a slightly different pattern, making each ring a unique treasure.
