Finger Sizes

All sizing on the site is in Australian (AU) sizing. However, you can refer to the conversion chart below to order in your country's size. First, make sure to accurately measure your finger size (see below for more information about measuring your finger size). Once you have your size, use the chart to find the equivalent size in your local measurement system.

Australian and New Zealand customers: For Australian and New Zealand customers, you will use the 'AU' Australian ring size scale, which is an alphabetical scale. Our normal stock range of AU ring sizes is H to Z+4.5. Australian ring sizes are also available in half sizes, e.g., L.5.

United States and Canadian customers: For United States and Canadian customers, use the 'US' United States ring sizes in the chart to make the conversion.

British customers: For British customers, you will use the 'GB' Great Britain ring size scale, which is an alphabetical scale.

European customers: For European customers (excluding those in the UK), you will use the European ring size scale, which is a numerical scale.

Selecting your ring size

To cater to all of our customers from around the world, the finger sizes displayed on the website are shown only in AU sizes. To select your ring size, you need to do two things:

1. Refer to the conversion chart below

2. Select the AU size that matches your country size.

Measuring your ring size

Acquiring an accurate ring size is of utmost importance. We recommend consulting a local jeweller to verify your ring size before placing your order. This is the sole method to ensure precise measurement of your finger size.

Resizing

Many of our rings can be resized, so if you order the wrong finger size for a specific style, the rings may be adjusted by a reasonable amount.

However, some of our rings, particularly titanium ones and rings with patterns that extend all the way around (for example, wave patterns, woven designs, engraved details, and ribbed edges), can sometimes be difficult or impossible to resize due to the patterns on the ring or the hardness of titanium (which cannot be soldered).

For this reason, we request that you have your ring size checked by a local jeweller rather than measuring it using a piece of paper or string. If a piece of paper is used, it does not accurately show how the ring will move over the knuckle and does not consider different ring widths.

Ordering the wrong size

If you order the wrong finger size, you can contact us and discuss your options. The ring may be resized, or in some cases, you may be able to return it to us and have a new one made for a small re-make fee.

Average ring sizes and prices

Please note that the ring prices displayed on this website are calculated based on average ring sizes.

Most rings ordered are in the average ring size range, though some finger sizes fall outside the average range.

For larger finger sizes, there may be an additional fee to cover the extra metals required to make the larger size. When you select the finger size that you need for your ring, you will see whether an additional fee applies. If an extra fee is applicable, it will appear next to the finger size. If a larger finger size is selected, that additional fee will be added to your order total during the checkout process.
