Gillett's Jewellers also deliver a large number of jewellery items to customers across Australia. Delivery anywhere in Australia is possible, including to capital cities and regional areas.
Choosing your shipping method: When you proceed through the checkout process, you will automatically be presented with the relevant shipping options based on the country that you include in your shipping address and the value of your order.

- Australian delivery only: Australia Post eParcel courier delivery - $7 AU [2-6 business day delivery]
- Australian delivery only: Australia Post eParcel Express courier delivery - $11 AU [1-3 business day delivery]

Worldwide delivery: FedEx
For delivery to international countries outside Australia, your order can be sent to you by FedEx express courier service with 4 business day delivery. The cost of FedEx delivery is $35 AU, except to the United Kingdom which is $50 AU.
For most international orders the FedEx shipping option will automatically be selected for you in your order form during your checkout process (in which case you will not actually need to choose the delivery method).
For some lower value orders you will also see the option of choosing International Registered mail as a delivery option together with the FedEx delivery option. If you are given the two options, to choose FedEx delivery, simply click on the FedEx option.
FedEx is a well respected and trusted world wide courier company which provides fast and secure shipping. In accordance with our secure shipping commitment, you will be required to sign for your order upon delivery. For your peace of mind, FedEx also offer internet shipment tracking. Your FedEx tracking number will be e-mailed to you when your parcel has been sent to you. You will then be able to track your parcels movements whilst it is in trasit.
FedEx Express Delivery Times: FedEx delivery times are generally 4 business days for the actual delivery from the time of dispatch (see the Shipping Information section below for order time frame information).
Worldwide delivery: Registered International Mail
For some international customers ordering lower value products, in addition to the FedEx delivery option you will also have the option of choosing International Registered mail instead of FedEx international courier.
The cost of International Registered mail delivery is $15 AU.
We use Australia Post insured international registered mail. In accordance with our secure shipping commitment, you will be required to sign for your order upon delivery. Registered Mail delivery times for delivery outside Australia are approximately 8 to 20 days (see the Shipping Information section below for order time frame information).
The International Registered mail parcels do not have tracking numbers so they do not allow the tracking of parcels on the internet. If you would like to track your parcels via the internet, you should choose the FedEx shipping option.
Australia Post eParcel and eParcel Express Courier delivery - Delivery to all Australian States
Australia Post eParcel delivery is an efficient and reliable courier delivery system that operates through the Australia post network with delivery across all Australian states.
All eParcels must be signed for. If you are not available at the shipping address at the time the Australia Post courier attempts delivery, a signature card will be left in your letter box and your parcel will be delivered to your local post office. You can then take your signature card together with identification to your local post office to collect your parcel.
For your peace of mind, eParcel and eParcel Express offer internet shipment tracking. Australia Post eParcels and eParcel Express can be can be tracked online at http://www.eparcel.com.au . This allows you to track your parcel in transit from dispatch from our store to delivery to your door. Your eParcel or eParcel Express tracking number will be e-mailed to you when your parcel has been sent to you.
You can choose between the standard eParcel or eParcel Express options. eParcel Express offers faster delivery time frames than eParcel.

eParcel Express uses the Express post network. eParcel express normally takes 1 business day to arrive for most metro areas and 1-3 days for all other Australian areas (estimates are from the date of dispatch from our store).
eParcel uses the Australia Post network. eParcel takes takes 2 to 6 business days for delivery (estimates are from the date of dispatch from our store).
eParcel delivery is $5 AU and eParcel Express is $7 AU.
All goods shipped are insured against loss and damage whilst they are in transit. Once you are advised by e-mail that your order has been shipped, we guarantee delivery of all items except in cases where the address supplied is incorrect, illegible, incomplete or if the recipient is away or has moved, in which case you will be liable for payment of the purchase price and shipping of the order irrespective of whether the order arrives on time or not at all.
If you are not available to sign for the parcel: If you select courier delivery and you are not present when the first delivery attempt is made the following will occur:
- Australia Post eParcel and eParcel Express will leave a note for you and return the parcel to your local post office for you to collect.
- FedEx couriers will either make a second delivery attempt on a later date or leave a note asking you to contact FedEx to arrange another delivery date.
Courier parcels have internet tracking numbers which allow you to track the parcels in transit using the internet. Once you have received the e-mail with your courier internet tracking number, you are also able to telephone the courier company directly to check on the estimated delivery date.

Please note : The above delivery times are for delivery only. This means that the above delivery time frames are the approximate time frames from when your order is dispatched from our store to when you receive it. We do not guarantee that an order will be received by you within the above times frames from the moment you place an order.
The order time frame depends upon the current stock availability of the item(s) that you wish to order and the delivery method that you choose.
Not all products are available in stock at all times.
For most products on the web site, the current availability is shown on the product page with the heading 'availability'. Products that read 'in stock' means that the product is currently in stock.
For rings: If you are interested in a ring(s), the stock availability depends upon the particular finger size that you require. We are not able to have all rings available in stock in all finger sizes at all times. The availability message for the ring will give you an indication of the estimated manufacture time frame if the ring is not in stock in your finger size.
Once you place your order, we will confirm the stock availability of your ring in your required finger size. If your ring needs to be manufactured, we will contact you by e-mail to advise the estimated manufacture time frame.
You are welcome to check the stock availbility of your ring(s) before you order if you wish. To do that, simply send us an e-mail with the stock number(s) of the ring(s) that you like together with the finger size that you require. (Please note, except for ladies engagement rings - We recommend that you have your finger size accurately measured by a local jeweller before placing your order (as some ring styles may not be resized due to the nature of the metals used or the ring design - for example titanium, tungsten, stainless steel, Lord of the Rings rings and celtic rings may not be resized).
Once your order has been dispatched to you, you will receive e-mail confirmation together with your courier tracking number (if you selected a courier delivery option).
Wedding Dates, Anniversary and Birthday Gifts:
If you require your jewellery item by a specified date please include that required date in the comments section of the order form. If you are ordering a ring, we encourage you to contact us before placing your to ensure that your ring in your required finger size will be available within your required time frame. To do this, please email us with the style number, finger size and date by which you require your ring.
If you are ordering an item for a birthday or anniversary gift, we suggest that you check the availability message for the item (see the availability heading on the product page) and choose items that are currently listed as being in stock.
If you are having a birthday or anniversary gift delivered to the gift recipient, please ensure that you choose Australia Post eParcel or eParcel express delivery for deliveries within Australia. That way, if the gift recipient is not at home to accept delivery, they will be able to collect the parcel from their local post office.
